Jul 2 2021 - 12:29pm

IDSA's second annual Sustainability Deep Dive, held June 9-10, 2021, built upon the original 2020 event's success with hundreds of designers from across the globe convening online to discuss sustainable design processes, circular systems, and energy equity. Eleven design students also attended this event for free, thanks to generous donations to the Design Foundation's DEI Event Access Program

Tickets are now on sale for the SDD 2021 Video Showcase and at the same low registration price: starting at just $25 for 17 recorded sessions from sustainability leaders at BMW, The Estée Lauder Companies, Loop Global, Sitra, Grouphug Solar, and many more.

For four hours each day, SDD 2021 attendees enjoyed a panoply of insightful talks and breakout sessions with co-emcees Kevin Bethune and Sayeh Dastgheib-Beheshti, IDSA leading the way. At the end of Day 1, designers gathered over Zoom for a networking happy hour to connect and keep the conversations going.
