SmartEditor 3.0 is a new writing tool from NAVER that allows editing while providing optimized views in wide PC screens and limited mobile screens. It’s the latest version of NAVER’s original SmartEditor which featured sophisticated editing tools and multimedia support with more than 1 billion articles written in SmartEditor.
